Welcome to my blog! This is something I've wanted to do for a while, but never found the time. You would think with the slower real estate market I'd have plenty of time on my hands, but that simply hasn't been the case. The reality of this market is that it's necessary to double my servicing efforts for existing clients and to triple my efforts at finding new ones. Yet, while I'm working harder over a prolonged period of time with less reward than I can ever remember in my 36+ years as a REALTOR(r), I can still honestly say I love my job.
You could argue that as busy as I am this is not a good time to take on a new project. Call me crazy--and you wouldn't be the first--but I think this is the perfect time. This blog will hopefully provide a forum for folks to ask questions about the current market, express views and just "shoot the breeze" (which could be another way of saying "let off steam").
I'd be honored if anyone and everyone would feel to join the dialog. I promise to address your queries and comments as best and honestly as I can and to try to keep it fun. I hope you will feel open to candidly share your thoughts.
