Market on Rebound, But We've Got a Way to Go

Prior to the overheated markets of five or six years ago, annualized sales of homes in the U. S. were in the range of 5,000 to 6,000 units. Currently, we're in the mid 4,000's, but both the National Association of REALTORS® and Fannie Mae expect an increase in sales over the upcoming five quarters. Here are their projections:
